Abstract: Fenomena santri baru dimana pesantren menggunakan sistem boarding school, serta mata pelajaran yang berbeda dengan pelajaran waktu Sekolah dasar membuat banyak santri batu kurang keyakinan diri terhadap kemampuannya untuk dapat mematuhi peraturan serta kurang melakukan penyesuaian diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara efikasi diri dan penyesuaian diri dalam belajar santri kelas VII. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan Product Pearson Correlation. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan positif antara efikasi diri dengan penyesuaian diri. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh korelasi sebesar 0,843 dengan nilai signifikansi senilai 0,000 <0,05 sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Didapatkan hasil bahwa efikasi diri pada pada santri kelas VII tergolong rendah, dilihat dari nilai rata-rata empirik (45,14) < dibandingkan rata- rata hipotetik (60). Penyesuaian diri yang dimiliki oleh santri kelas VII juga tergolong rendah, dilihat dari nilai rata- rata empirik (45,46) < rata-rata hipotetik (57,5). The phenomenon of new students where Islamic boarding schools use a boarding school system, as well as subjects that are different from those taught in elementary school, has made many Batu students less confident in their ability to comply with the rules and less adaptable. This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and adjustment in the learning of class VII students. This research uses a quantitative approach using Product Pearson Correlation. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and self-adjustment. Based on data analysis, a correlation of 0.843 was obtained with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the proposed hypothesis was accepted. The results showed that the self-efficacy of class VII students was relatively low, seen from the empirical average value (45.14) < compared to the hypothetical average (60). The self-adjustment of class VII students is also relatively low, seen from the empirical average value (45.46) < hypothetical average (57.5).
