dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Employee Engagement dengan Budaya Kerja AKHLAK di PT. Inalum Persero Batu Bara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hipotesis yang digunakan adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara Employee Engagement dengan Budaya Kerja AKHLAK. Hal ini diasumsikan asumsi semakin tinggi tingkat Employee Engagement antar karyawan maka semakin tinggi Budaya Kerja AKHLAK dalam perusahaan. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah tingkat Employee Engagement antar karyawan maka semakin rendah Budaya Kerja AKHLAK dalam perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Inalum Persero Batu Bara sebanyak 60 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran skala Employee Engagement dan Budaya Kerja AKHLAK dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh, koefisien korelasi (rxy) = 0,854 dengan sig. 000 < 0,05. Hasil ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan positif antara Employee Engagement dengan Budaya Kerja AKHLAK. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik Employee Engagement termasuk rendah dimana mean hipotetik 65 lebih besar dari mean empirik 54,80 dan Budaya Kerja AKHLAK juga termasuk rendah dimana mean hipotetik 75 lebih besar dari mean empirik 60,45. Adapun sumbangan efektif dari Employee Engagement terhadap Budaya Kerja AKHLAK sebesar 72,9%. This research aimed to determine the correlation between Employee Engagement and the AKHLAK Work Culture at PT Inalum Persero Batu Bara. The study used a quantitative method. The hypothesis proposed was that there is a positive correlation between Employee Engagement and the AKHLAK Work Culture. It was assumed that the higher the level of Employee Engagement among employees, the stronger the AKHLAK Work Culture within the company. Conversely, the lower the level of Employee Engagement, the weaker the AKHLAK Work Culture within the company. The sample in this study consisted of 60 employees at PT. Ina/um Persero Batu Bara, selected using the total sampling method. Data collection was done by distributing Employee Engagement and AKHLAK Work Culture scales, both measured using the Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study was Pearson s Product Moment Correlation. Based on the data analysis, the correlation coefficient (rry} was 0.854 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This result indicated that the hypothesis was accepted, showing a positive correlation between Employee Engagement and the AKHLAK Work Culture. Based on the calculation of the hypothetical and empirical means, Employee Engagement was considered low, with a hypothetical mean of 65 greater than the empirical mean of 54.80, and the AKHLAK Work Culture was also considered low, with a hypothetical mean of 75 greater than the empirical mean of 60.45. The effective contribution of Employee Engagement to the AKHLAK Work Culture was 72.9%.en_US
