dc.description.abstract | Kehamilan di luar nikah di kalangan remaja merupakan fenomena sosial yang kian meningkat di Indonesianya. Kehamilan di luar nikah pada remaja tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan fisik dan mental mereka, tetapi juga mempengaruhi aspek sosial dan ekonomi. Sebuah studi oleh Kementerian Kesehatan pada tahun 2021 menunjukkan bahwa 60% remaja hamil di luar nikah merasa tidak siap untuk menjadi ibu. Mereka menghadapi berbagai masalah seperti kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi, keterbatasan akses ke layanan kesehatan, dan dukungan sosial yang minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsikan pada kesiapan menjadi ibu pada remaja yang hamil diluar nikah. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Adapun yang diteliti ialah kesiapan responden menjadi ibu di umur remaja yang merujuk pada aspek kesiapan yakin pemahaman, penghayatan dan ketersediaan. Hasil penelitian yang di dapat ialah pemahaman responden yang minim, penghayatan yang belum matang serta ketersediaan yang penuh dengan rasa cemas. Sehingga Ketiga responden belum memahami dan belum memiliki persiapan yang matang dalam memberikan asah, asih dan asuh pada anaknya kelak. Pregnancy out of wedlock among teenagers is a social phenomenon that is increasing in Indonesia. Out-of-wedlock pregnancies among teenagers not only have an impact on their physical and mental health, but also affect social and economic aspects. A study by the Ministry of Health in 2021 showed that 60% of teenagers pregnant out of wedlock felt unprepared to become mothers. They face various problems such as lack of knowledge about reproductive health, limited access to health services, and minimal social support. This research aims to provide a description of the readiness to become mothers in teenagers who are pregnant out of wedlock. In this research, researchers used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. What was studied was the respondent's readiness to become a mother as a teenager, which refers to aspects of readiness, confidence, understanding, appreciation and availability. The research results obtained were that the respondents had minimal understanding, immature appreciation and availability that was full of anxiety. So the three respondents do not understand and do not have thorough preparation in providing care, compassion and care for their children in the future. | en_US |
