This study aims to see the effect of resilience on burnout among nurses at Rsu Methodist Medan. The sample in this study was 90 nurses. The sampling technique used was the Purpose Sampling Technique, data collection was carried out using a Likert scale model with two scales, namely the resilience scale and the burnout scale. From the results of the simple linear regression hypothesis test, we obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.278, which means that the influence of resilience on burnout is 27.8%, while the remaining 72.2% of burnout is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as factors involvement with service recipients, socio-cultural work environment. From the results of this research it can be concluded that resilience can influence burnout. The results of data analysis of the hypotic mean and empirical mean as evidenced by the normal curve of the resilience variable can be seen that the resilience of Medan Methodist Hospital nurses is relatively high. Where the hepotic mean (127.5) < empirical mean (88.75) and the difference exceeds one SD (14.724). ) for the normal curve of the burnout variable, it can be seen that the burnout of Medan Methodist Hospital nurses is also relatively high. Where the mortgage mean value (55) < Empirical mean (66.19) the difference exceeds the value of one SD (7.379). From these results it can be concluded that the more The higher the level of resilience in nurses, the higher the burnout experienced by nurses at RSU Methodist Medan.en_US
