Abstract: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dengan motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Swasta Budi Insani. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah siswa yang bersekolah di SMA Swasta Budi Insani berjumlah 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional total sampling. Hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment (𝑟𝑥𝑦) 0, 648 dengan p=0,000<0,05. Artinya Semakin tinggi konsep diri, maka semakin tinggi motivasi belajar. Sebaliknya semakin rendah konsep diri, maka semakin rendah motivasi belajar.. Sehingga hipotesis diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga tergolong tinggi dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 80.00 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 53.11. Selanjutnya konsep diri dapat disimpulkan memperoleh hasil tinggi dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 80 dan nilai empiriknya sebesar 61.34. Hal ini sesuai dengan fenomena yang ditemui peneliti di lapangan, yaitu peneliti menemukan bahwa adanya hubungan antara konsep diri dengan munculnya motivasi belajar pada siswa. The research aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and students' learning motivation at SMA Budi Insani Budi Insani. The sample in the research was 80 students attending SMA Budi Insani Budi Insani. The sampling technique uses proportional total sampling. The research results used the product moment correlation technique (𝑟𝑥𝑦) 0.648 with p=0.000<0.05. This means that the higher the self-concept, the higher the motivation to learn. On the other hand, the lower the self-concept, the lower the motivation to learn. So the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the influence of the family environment is relatively high with a hypothetical mean value of 80.00 and an empirical mean of 53.11. Furthermore, self-concept can be concluded to obtain high results with a hypothetical value of 80 and an empirical value of 61.34. This is in accordance with the phenomenon encountered by researchers in the field, namely researchers found that there is a relationship between self-concept and the emergence of learning motivation in students.
