Abstract: | Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 47 Tahun 2008 tentang Wajib Belajar Terhadap Anak Putus Sekolah di SD Negeri 060823 Medan Amplas. Masalah difokuskan pada program wajib belajar pada anak yang putus sekolah di SD Negeri 060823 Medan. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori dari William N. Dunn mencakup evaluasi, yaitu efektifitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan evaluasi, adanya indikator evaluasi yang belum terlaksana dengan baik yaitu indikator responsivitas dimana masih banyak orang tua yang apatis terhadap pendidikan anak. Tidak adanya dukungan dan motivasi yang diberikan kepada anak untuk sekolah sehingga menyebabkan menurunnya semangat peserta didik untuk mengenyam pendidikan. This study aims to eveluate the goverment regulation number 47 of 2008 about concerning compulsory education for out-of-school children in Public Elementary School 060723 Medan Amplas. The problem focuses on the compulsory education program for children who have dropped out of school in Public Elementary School 060823 Medan Amplas. In order to approach this problem, William N.Dunn’s theoretical reference is used, including evaluation, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. Data was collected through observation and interviews and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that based on the evaluation, there are indicators of evaluation that have not been implemented well, namely responsiveness where there are still many parents who are apathetic about their children’s education. There is no support and motivation given to children to go to school, causing a decline in students’ enthusiasm for receiving education. |
