Efektivitas Strategi Komunikasi Interpersonal Pelatih Terhadap Motivasi Peserta Latih Basket Muda di Akademi Basket Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi peserta latih di Akademi Basket Medan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data dari populasi atau sampel, dengan pengumpulan data melalui instrumen statistik dan analisis menggunakan software SPSS 29.00. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari peserta latih di Akademi Basket Medan pada Januari 2024. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah stratified sampling, dimana populasi dibagi menjadi segmen-segmen tertentu. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan nilai thitung 11.435, melebihi t tabel 1.66515, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Uji signifikansi simultan (uji F) menghasilkan Fhitung 130.752, melampaui F Tabel 3.970, dengan signifikansi 0,000. Ini menyebabkan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Koefisien korelasi positif sebesar 0,795 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan efektif antara komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi peserta latih. This research aimed to explore the correlation between interpersonal communication and the motivation of trainees at the Medan Basketball Academy. A quantitative method was used to analyze data from the population or sample, with data collection carried out using statistical instruments and analysis performed with SPSS 29.00 software. The research population consisted of trainees at the Medan Basketball Academy in January 2024. The sampling technique used was stratified sampling, where the population was divided into specific segments. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed a t-value of 11.435, exceeding the t-table value of 1.66515, with a significance value of 0.000, which was less than 0.05. The simultaneous significance test (F-test) produced an F-value of 130.752, surpassing the F-table value of 3.970, with a significance of 0.000. This led to the rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho) and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). A positive correlation coefficient of 0.795 indicated a strong and effective correlation between interpersonal communication and trainee motivation.
