dc.description.abstract | Pemerintah Indonesia saat ini sedang berupaya untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan nasional dengan melakukan pelaksanaan pembangunan yang berfokus pada pembangunan desa yang merupakan tujuan dari pemerintah untuk memerangi ketimpangan pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Hulu Kecamatan Pancur Batu Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat dalam efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tahapan Sondang P. Siagian. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, triangulasi, dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Hulu Kecamatan Pancur Batu Kabupaten Deli Serdang berlangsung sangat efektif dan efisien karena sesuai dengan misi dan RPJM desa. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengikuti penyuluhan dan pelatihan serta belum tersedianya sarana pengarsipan dokumen disetiap dusun dan kendaraan (kereta dinas) bagi kepala desa sebagai penunjang kinerja. The Indonesian government is currently trying to accelerate national growth by implementing development that focuses on village development, which is the government's aim to combat development inequality. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of village fund management on infrastructure development in Hulu Village, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency and to describe the inhibiting factors in the effectiveness of village fund management. The theory used in this research is Sondang P. Siagian's stage theory. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation, triangulation and qualitative analysis. The research results show that the effectiveness of village fund management in Hulu Village, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency is very effective and efficient because it is in accordance with the village mission and RPJM. The inhibiting factors are the lack of community participation in taking part in counseling and training and the unavailability of facilities for archiving documents in each hamlet and vehicles (official trains) for village heads to support performance. | en_US |
