Abstract: | This research is based on the role of Public Relations at PT. Jasa Raharja Kota Medan City in educating the public about compensation funds as insurance services for traffic accident victims and general passengers. The purpose of this research was to identify the methods used by Public Relations to introduce the Compensation Fund to traffic accident victims and general passengers in Medan City. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicated that there were still shortcomings in enhancing public understanding and awareness, as well as challenges in mobilizing active involvement and participation from the community to support Jasa Raharja's initiatives. Improvements were needed in information dissemination, the utilization of diverse communication methods, and the provision of more informative content to the public. |
