dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Kopi TANPAK Sidikalangyang di lakukan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik pelanggan di Kabupaten Dairi. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif Kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan UD. TANPAK untuk meningkatkan daya tarik pelanggannya di Kabupaten Dairi menggunkan strategi pemasaran campuran atau marceting mix. Strtegi yang digunakan meliputi, adany kerja sama dengan mitra UD. TANPAK, selain itu juga adanya promosi langsung secara door-to-door, dan promosi menggunakan media social yang meliputi, Instagram, Facebook, dan Market Place. This research aims to find out the Marketing Communication Strategy of TANPAK Sidikalang Coffee which is carried out to increase customer attraction in Dairi Regency. The research method used in this study uses a type of qualitative descriptive research. This research uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the strategy used by UD. TANPAK to increase the attractiveness of its customers in Dairi Regency uses a mixed marketing strategy or marketing mix. The strategy used includes, in collaboration with UD partners. TANPAK, in addition to that, there is also direct door-to-door promotion, and promotion using social media which includes, Instagram, Facebook, and Market Place.en_US
