Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived value danswitching cost terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna jasa Nail Art Toko SecretBeauty Salon di Kecamatan Medan Johor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen toko sebanyak 55 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan formula statistik, yakni dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang pengolahannya dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil ini dibuktikan secara statistik yang menunjukkan bahwa perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikansecara parsial terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna jasa Nail Art Toko Secret Beauty Salon yang dibuktikan dari nilai thitung sebesar 6,201 dan signifikan sebesar0,000. Switching cost berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna jasa Nail Art Toko Secret Beauty Salon yang dibuktikan dari nilai thitung sebesar 2,332 dan signifikan sebesar 0,024. Perceived value dan switching cost berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna jasa Nail Art Toko Secret Beauty Salon yang dibuktikan dari nilai Fhitung sebesar 45,604 dan signifikan sebesar 0,000. This research aims to determine the effect of perceived value and switching costs on customer loyalty among Nail Art Toko Secret Beauty Salon service users in Medan Johor District. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this research was 55 shop consumers. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical formulas, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis, theprocessing of which was carried out using the SPSS version 26 program. These results were proven statistically, showing that perceived value has a partially positive and significant effect on customer loyalty among Nail Art Toko service users. Secret Beauty Salon as evidenced by the t-count value of 6.201 and a significant value of 0.000. Switching costs have a positive and partially significanteffect on customer loyalty among Nail Art Toko Secret Beauty Salon service users as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.332 and a significant value of 0.024. Perceived value and switching costs simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty among Nail Art Toko Secret Beauty Salon service users asevidenced by the calculated F value of 45.604 and a significant value of 0.000.
