Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh emotional value dan perceived quality terhadap behavioral intention pada pengguna smartphone iphone pada mahasiswa fakultas teknik universitas muhammadiyah sumatera utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 97 orang di universitas muhammadiyah sumatera utara dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Emotional Value (X1) dan Perceived Quality (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention (Y). Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil penelitian dengan variabel X1 (Emotional Value) dan variabel X2 (Perceived Quality) secara simultan (58,320) lebih besar daripada nilai batas signifikansi (3,09). Oleh karena itu, H3 dapat diterima. H3 menyatakan bahwa variabel X1 (Emotional Value) dan variabel X2 (Perceived Quality) secara bersamasama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel (Y) Behavioral Intention. Penerimaan H3 ini memberikan indikasi bahwa nilai emosional (Emotional Value) dan persepsi kualitas (Perceived Quality) memiliki dampak yang secara bersama-sama berkontribusi terhadap niat perilaku (Behavioral Intention). This research aims to determine the influence of emotional value and perceived quality on behavioral intention among iPhone smartphone users among engineering faculty students at Muhammadiyah University, North Sumatra. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this research was 97 people at Muhammadiyah University, North Sumatra with predetermined criteria. Emotional Value (X1) and Perceived Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention (Y). This can be seen in the research results with variable X1 (Emotional Value) and variable X2 (Perceived Quality) simultaneously (58.320) being greater than the significance limit value (3.09). Therefore, H3 is acceptable. H3 states that variable X1 (Emotional Value) and variable X2 (Perceived Quality) together have a positive and significant influence on the variable (Y) Behavioral Intention. Acceptance of H3 provides an indication that emotional value and perceived quality have an impact that together contribute to behavioral intention.
