dc.description.abstract | Analisis tegangan pada pisau mesin pencacah polimer komposit kapasitas skala laboratorium, adapun masalah pada judul penelitian ini antara lain yaitu, membandingkan antara perhitungan matematis dan Software Ansys, menganalisis kekuatan material pisau pencacah dengan menggunakan teori Tresca atau Guest, dan juga menganalisis faktor keamanan material pada pisau pencacah dengan menggunakan software Ansys. Dengan latar belakang yang didapat pada mesin pencacah pisau pencacah sangat mempengaruhi hasil pada cacahan agar mempermudah pada saat proses pencacahan pada mesin pencacah polimer komposit. Sehingga tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui nilai tegangan dan keamanan pada material pisau pencacah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui ukuran pada pisau pencacah yaitu D = 200 mm, b = 12 mm, d = 32 mm dan πΌ = 45ΒΊ, dengan gaya potong atau gaya tekan pisau sebesar 3754 N, sehingga saat melakukan perhitungan secara matematis, nilai tegangan yang didapat sebesar 12,8005 Mpa, dengan nilai deformasi 0,076800 mm, sedangkan hasil simulasi menggunakan Ansys nilai tegangan yang di dapat sebesar 93.109 Mpa, dengan nilai deformasi sebesar 0,041901 mm. sehingga didapat kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah perhitungan Ansys membuktikan hasil yang lebih akurat dikarenakan terdapat perbedaan selisih pada hasil penhitungan matematis dan simulasi Ansys. Stress analysis on the composite polymer chopping machine knife laboratory scale capacity, as for the problems in the title of this study, among others, namely, comparing between mathematical calculations and Ansys Software, analyzing the strength of the chopping knife material using Tresca or Guest theory, and also analyzing the material safety factor in the chopping knife using Ansys software. With the background obtained on the shredding machine, the shredding knife greatly affects the results of the shredding to make it easier during the shredding process on the composite polymer shredding machine. So the purpose of this study is to determine the value of stress and safety in the chopping knife material. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the size of the chopping knife is D = 200 mm, b = 12 mm, d = 32 mm and Ξ± = 45ΒΊ, with a cutting force or knife compressive force of 3754 N, so that when doing mathematical calculations, the voltage value obtained is 12,8005 Mpa, with a deformation value of 0,076800 mm, while the simulation results using Ansys obtained a voltage value of 93.109 Mpa, with a deformation value of 0.041901 mm. so that the conclusion in this study is that Ansys calculations prove more accurate results because there are differences in the results of mathematical calculations and Ansys simulations. | en_US |
