Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepercayaan dan ketepatan pengiriman mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa pengiriman J&T Ekspress di Pangkalan Brandan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi data panel. Dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa pengiriman J&T Ekspress di Pangkalan Brandan, ketepatan pengiriman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa pengiriman J&T Ekspress di Pangkalan Brandan. This research aimed to determine whether trust and delivery accuracy had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction using J&T Express services in Pangkalan Brandan. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis, with hypothesis testing using SPSS 27. The results showed that partially, trust had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction using J&T Express services in Pangkalan Brandan, and delivery accuracy had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction using J&T Express services in Pangkalan Brandan. |
