dc.description.abstractTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis e-service quality secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis word of mouth secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis e-service quality dan word of mouth secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mebel Cahaya Sofa Kecamatan Medan Helvetia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen mabel di Cahaya Sofa Kecamatan Medan Helvetia sebanyak 191 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 129 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eservice quality berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap keputusan pembelian, word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan e-service quality dan word of mouth berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mebel Cahaya Sofa Kecamatan Medan Helvetia. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze e-service quality which partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, to find out and analyze word of mouth which partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and to find out and analyze e-service quality and word of mouth. of mouth simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Cahaya Sofa Furniture business in Medan Helvetia District. The population in this study was 191 Mabel consumers in Cahaya Sofa, Medan Helvetia District. The sample in the study was 129 people taken using the Slovin formula. The data collection techniqueused in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and coefficient of determination. The research results show that e-service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and e-service quality and word of mouth simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at the Cahaya Sofa Furniture business in Medan Helvetia District.en_US
