dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaru product innovation dan entrepeneurial marketing terhadap competitive advantage UMKM Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh UMKM yang ada di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan yang berjumlah 375 UMKM, dan jumlah sampel didapatkan dari perhitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu 79 sampel. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial product innovation berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap competitive advantage dengan thitung senilai 2,895 dan ttabel bernilai 1,99 sehingga thitung > ttabel (2,895 > 1,99) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,025 < 0,05). Begitu juga dengan variabel entrepreneurial marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap competitive advantage dengan thitung senilai 2,014 dan ttabel bernilai 1, 99 sehingga thitung > ttabel (2,014 > 1, 99) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,019 < 0,05). Sedangkan secara simultan, product innovation (X1) dan entrepreneurial marketing (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap competitive advantage UMKM Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 4,027 dan nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,12 maka 4,027 > 3,12 dengan nilai signifkansi 0,022 < 0,05. This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and entrepreneurial marketing on the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Medan Tuntungan District, North Sumatra. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were all MSMEs in Medan Tuntungan District, totaling 375 MSMEs, and the number of samples obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula, namely 79 samples. The results obtained from this study are that partially product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage with a tcount of 2.895 and a ttable worth 1.99 so that the tcount> ttable (2.895> 1.99) and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.025 <0.05). Likewise, the entrepreneurial marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage with a tcount of 2.014 and a ttable worth 1, 99 so that the tcount> ttable (2.014> 1, 99) and a significance value smaller than 0.05 (0.019 < 0.05). While simultaneously, product innovation (X1) and entrepreneurial marketing (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Medan Tuntungan District with an Fcount value of 4.027 and an Ftable value of 3.12, so 4.027> 3.12 with a significance value of 0.022 <0.05. | en_US |
