dc.description.abstract | Kemajuan teknologi dan komunikasi saat ini telah membuka peluang bisnis baru dan mengubah cara melakukan transaksi, dengan semakin banyaknya transaksi bisnis yang dilakukan secara elektronik. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat saat ini memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada sektor keuangan, terutama dibidang perbankan. Keberadaan layanan perbankan digital, yang dikenal sebagai e-banking, dianggap sebagai solusi praktis dalam industri perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh Penggunaan E-Banking (X1) dan Transaction Security (X2), terhadap Customer Loyalty (Y) pada pengguna aplikasi BRI-Mobile (studi kasus pada masyarakat di desa tembung kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan). penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah pengguna aplikasi BRI-Mobile pada masyarakat di desa Tembung, data yang diperoleh dari kuisioner menggunakan skala likert yang disebar secara langsung dan melalui google form. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 110 sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Hair et al, dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS 26,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Penggunaan E-Banking secara parsial berpengaruh positive dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty pada pengguna aplikasi BRIMobile pada masyarakat di desa Tembung kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, dan variabel Transaction Security secara parsial berpengaruh positive dan sognifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty pada pengguna aplikasi BRI-Mobile pada masyarakat di desa Tembung kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Advances in technology and communication today have opened up new business opportunities and changed the way transactions are conducted, with an increasing number of business transactions being carried out electronically. The rapid development of information technology today has a significant impact on the financial sector, especially in the banking sector. The existence of digital banking services, known as e-banking, is considered a practical solution in the banking industry. This study aims to see how much the use of E-Banking (X1) and Transaction Security (X2) has an effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) on BRI-Mobile application users (case study on the community in Tembung village Percut Sei Tuan District). This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all customers who use the BRI-Mobile application in the community in Tembung village Percut Sei Tuan District, the data obtained from the questionnaire uses a likert scale that is distributed directly and through google form. The sample of this study was 110 samples taken using the Hair et al formula, and the data collection technique with purposive sampling technique. The data of this study was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 aid. The results of this study show that the variable of E-Banking Usage partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in BRIMobile application users in the community in Tembung village, and the Transaction Security variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in BRI-Mobile application users in the community in Tembung village Percut Sei Tuan District. | en_US |
