Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Service Quality dan E - Trust terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi bank sumut mobile pada nasabah bank sumut kantor cabang Jl Ringroad Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan primer lalu menyebarkan kuesioner kepada nasabah bank sumut pengguna aplikasi bank sumut mobile. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanayak 44 reponden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan data diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengetahui bahwa E-Service Quality dan E-Trust secara parsial berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan aplikasi bank sumut mobile pada nasabah bank sumut kantor cabang Jl Ringroad Kota Medan . Kemudian E-Service Quality dan E - Trust secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan aplikasi bank sumut mobile pada nasabah bank sumut kantor cabang Jl Ringroad Kota Medan, dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,541 atau 54,1% . This research aims to determine the influence of E-Service Quality and E - Trust on the decision to use the North Sumatra Bank mobile application for North Sumatra Bank customers at the Jl Ringroad branch office, Medan City. This research uses secondary and primary data and then distributes questionnaires to North Sumatra Bank customers who use the North Sumatra Bank mobile application. The number of samples in this research was 44 respondents, the sampling technique used Probability Sampling with the Simple Random Sampling method. This type of research is quantitative and the data is processed using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this research show that E-Service Quality and E-Trust partially have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the North Sumatra Bank mobile application for North Sumatra Bank customers at the Jl Ringroad Kota branch office. Medan . Then E-Service Quality and E - Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the North Sumatra Bank mobile application for North Sumatra Bank customers at the Jl Ringroad branch office, Medan City, with an R square value of 0.541 or 54.1%.
