Abstract: | Health and Safety (K3) is an important thing to consider in a construction project, because the project construction is a complex activity involving labor, tools and materials large amount, either alone or together so that the rate of workplace accidents in the field of employment is larger than other occupations. To gain factor - dominant factors causes of accidents construction projects in the city of Medan, accident data the authors obtained from the office of the Department of Social and Labor Medan. Further analyzed by Physical Injury, Accident Genesis time, age and skills. In analyzing Accidents Construction Project in Medan This is done by collecting data from source documentation archival institutions organizing legal institutions BPJS Employment program (Jamsostek) Branch Medan. The data taken from the 2013 s / d in 2015, and processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciencies) and the results are presented in Tables and Graphs The results of this study, then obtained work accidents construction projects most dominant by physical injury in 2013 is a hand (A.14) = 26.3%, in 2014 feet (A.17) = 40.3% and in 2015 the eyes (A.10) = 40%, based on time of occurrence of occupational accidents in 2013 is the time I shift (At 06.00 pm - 12.00 pm) = 36.8%, in 2014 when the second shift (At 12:00 am - 18:00 pm) = 35.5% and in 2015 when the second shift (At 12:00 am - 18:00 pm) = 50%, based on the age of workers in 2013 were age 21 s / d 30 years (A3.1) = 39.5%, in 2014 at the age of 21 s / d 30 years (A3.1) = 43.5% and 2015 at the age of 21 s / d 30 years = 30% and age 41 s / d 50 years = 30%, based on the expertise of workers in 2013 s / d in 2015, is more abundant in labor (Br) = 78.85%. |
