Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli pada Toko Kobapa di Kecamatan Deli Tua. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan puposive sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin. Dalam penelitian ini populasi berjumlah 69.741 pengunjung, sampel berjumlah 100 konsumen dengan kriteria yaitu konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian atau berkunjung minimal 1 kali dan umur 15 tahun ke atas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada responden dengan media bantu yaitu google form dengan membuat beberapa pernyataan kemudian dibuat dengan link dan diubah menjadi barkode sehingga mempermudah konsumen untuk mengisi kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang masing-masing pengujian dijalankan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan promosi, harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli, Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada Toko Kobapa di Kecamatan Deli Tua. This research aims to analyze factors that influence buying interest at the Kobapa Shop in Deli Tua District. This type of research is research quantitative using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling approach. Determining the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula. In this study the population was 69,741 visitors, the sample is 100 consumers with criteria namely consumers who has made a purchase or visited at least once and is aged 15 years and above. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents with auxiliary media, namely Google Form by creating several statements are then created with a link and converted into a barcode making it easier for consumers to fill out the questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, tests multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, respectively run using SPSS 25. The results of this study show that Simultaneously promotion, price, location and service quality have an influence on buying interest. The research results partially show that promotion positive but not significant effect on buying interest, price positive and significant effect on buying interest, location has a positive effect and significant on purchasing interest, and Service Quality has a positive effect and significant towards purchasing interest at the Kobapa Shop in Deli Tua District. |
