dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap keberlanjutan UMKM kuliner di Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer atau kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha UMKM yang berjumlah 180 UMKM. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling menggunakan rumus slovin maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 64 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Kreativitas (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha, Inovasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha. Berdasarkan hasil uji F didapatkan hasil bahwa Kreativitas dan Inovasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha. Ditunjukkan dengan nilai Adjusted R Square yang diperoleh yaitu 0,698 (69,8%) dan sisanya 30,2 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and innovation on the sustainability of culinary MSME in Medan Sunggal District. This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. The data used is primary data or questionnaire and the data analysis method uses SPSS 23. The population in this study were MSME business actors totaling 180 MSMEs. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling using the slovin formula, so the number of samples in this study were 64 respondents. The results showed that partially Creativity (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Business Sustainability, Innovation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Business Sustainability. Based on the results of the F test, it is found that Creativity and Innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Business Sustainability. This is indicated by the Adjusted R Square value obtained which is 0.698 (69.8%) and the remaining 30.2% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. | en_US |
