Abstract: | Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Service Quality Terhadap Intention To Reuse Pada PT Doctor Trip Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire). Jumlah sampel penelitian yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin yang berjumlah 98 responden untuk tahap pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25, dengan analisis deskriptif serta beberapa tahap pengujian diantaranya Uji validitas dan reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Uji Statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Social Media Marketing (X1) mempengaruhi Intention To Reuse (Y) Pada PT Doctor Trip Indonesia, (2) secara parsial variabel Service Quality (X2) mempengaruhi Intention to Reuse (Y) Pada PT Doctor Trip Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Social Media Marketing dan Service Quality terhadap Intention To Reuse Pada PT Doctor Trip Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine Social Media Marketing and Service Quality on Intention To Reuse at PT Doctor Trip Indonesia. The quantitative research methodology that researchers use is where variables are measured using a Likert scale and data collection uses interviews and questionnaires. According to the Slovin formula, this research used 98 respondents. To analyze the data, researchers used descriptive analysis and other tests such as validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and statistical tests and data processing using the SPSS Version 25 application. The research results showed that: (1) partially the Social Media Marketing variable (X1) had an effect towards Intention To Reuse (Y) at PT Doctor Trip Indonesia. (2) partially the Service Quality variable (X2) influences the Intention To Reuse (Y) at PT Doctor Trip Indonesia. In this research, there is a positive and significant influence of Social Media Marketing and Service Quality on Intention To Reuse at PT Doctor Trip Indonesia. |
