Analisis Kerusakan dan Perawatan Mesin Stone Crusher pada Bagian Jaw Crusher di PT Prima Dana Mix

Abstract

Stone Crusher adalah alat pendukung pertambangan yang berdampak besar pada proses produksi. Di dunia pertambangan, perkembangan suatu alat akan selalu diperhatikan. Setiap kontraktor pertambangan menginginkan proses produksi yang optimal untuk mendapatkan basil terbaik karena kinerja yang baik dan sesuai standar akan memaksimalkan proses produksi, Maka dari itu diperlukan perawatan yang baik terhadap alat ~ alat tersebut. Pengetahuan mekanik tentang prinsip kerja komponen dan unit sangat penting untuk perawatan yang baik. Dengan demikian, jika mekanik tahu apa yang dihadapinya saat terjadi kerusakan, pekerjaan akan lebih mudah dan lebih cepat diselesaikan. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui cara perawatan yang diperlukan dalam penanganan kerusakan Jaw Stone Crusher. Hasil penelitian inilah Terjadi kerusakan pada beberapa bagian di Jaw Crusher Jaw Plate : mengalami pengikisan karena sumbatan batu terjadi pada benturan dari material , Toggle dan Drawback Rod : dilihat dari visual batang toogle melengkung karena penyumbatan batu yang keras, Ring Jaw Plate : dapat dilihat dari baut penahan yang sudah rusak, Bearing : dapat dilihat Dari Shaft Pulley yang bergetar berlebihan mengakibatkan tanah masuk ke Ring Jaw Plate, Belt : dapat dilihat dari Belt yang sudah longgar. Stone Crusher is a mining support tool that has a big impact on the production process. In the world of mining, the development of a tool will always be considered. Every mining contractor wants an optimal production process to get the best results because good peiformance and according to standards will maximize the production process, therefore good maintenance is needed for these tools. A mechanic's knowledge of the working principles of components and units is essential for good maintenance. This way, if the mechanic knows what he is dealing with when a breakdown occurs, the job will be easier and quicker to complete. So the aim of this research is to find out the maintenance methods needed to handle damage to the Jaw Stone Crusher. The results of this research are that there was damage to several parts of the Jaw Crusher Jaw Plate: it experienced erosion due to stone blockage which occurred due to the impact of the material, Toggle and Drawback Rod: seen from the visual the toggle rod was curved due to hard stone blockage, Ring Jaw Plate: can be seen from the bolt the retainer is damaged, Bearing: can be seen from the Shaft Pulley which vibrates excessively causing soil to enter the Ring Jaw Plate, Belt: can be seen from the Belt which is loose.
