Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian untuk Mengetahui keselamatan Pengguna Sepeda Motor Jalan Ngumban Surbakti Ringroad. Lokasi Penelitian ini dilakukan yang berlokasi di Jalan Ngumban Surbakti Ringroad Sepanjang 3,7 Km. Metode pengumpulan data volume lalulintas dilakukan secara manual, pengumpulan data ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data volume lalulintas. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan di jalan yang akan diteliti yaitu pada ruas jalan RingRoad. Survei volume lalulintas dilakukan pada jalan yang dianggap mewakili volume yang akan ditinjau. Data primer digunakan untuk proses perhitungan penelitian ini. Data primer berasal dari pengamatan langsung dan perhitungan di lapangan di lokasi penelitian, yang terletak di simpang Jalan Ringroad Ngumban Surbakti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis keselamatan pengguna sepeda motor di Jalan Ngumban Surbakti Ringroad mengungkap beberapa temuan yang signifikan. Pertama, karakteristik pengguna sepeda motor menunjukkan dominasi kelompok usia muda, dengan mayoritas pengendara berusia antara 17 hingga 34 tahun. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa keselamatan pengguna sepeda motor, terutama di wilayah tersebut, perlu diprioritaskan dalam konteks pencegahan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Dari segi pendidikan, mayoritas responden memiliki latar belakang pendidikan menengah, seperti SMA, dan tinggi, seperti S1. Dari hasil analisis data, terlihat bahwa faktor usia, pendidikan, dan pekerjaan berpengaruh pada keselamatan pengguna sepeda motor di Jalan Ngumban Surbakti Ringroad. Semakin tinggi usia, pendidikan, dan pekerjaan seseorang, semakin cenderung mereka memahami dan mematuhi aturan lalu lintas, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan keselamatan berkendara. The aim of the research is to determine the safety of motorbike users on the Ngumban Surbakti Ringroad. The location of this research was located on Jalan Ngumban Surbakti Ringroad 3.7 Km long. The traffic volume data collection method is carried out manually, this data collection is carried out to obtain traffic volume data. This data collection was carried out on the road to be studied, namely on the RingRoad road. Traffic volume surveys are carried out on roads that are considered representative of the volume to be reviewed. Primary data is used for the calculation process for this research. Primary data comes from direct observations and calculations in the field at the research location, which is located at the intersection of Jalan Ringroad Ngumban Surbakti. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the safety analysis for motorbike users on Jalan Ngumban Surbakti Ringroad revealed several significant findings. First, the characteristics of motorbike users show the dominance of the young age group, with the majority of riders aged between 17 and 34 years. This indicates that the safety of motorbike users, especially in this area, needs to be prioritized in the context of preventing traffic accidents. In terms of education, the majority of respondents had secondary educational backgrounds, such as high school, and higher education, such as S1. From the results of data analysis, it appears that age, education and employment factors influence the safety of motorbike users on Jalan Ngumban Surbakti Ringroad. The more a person's age, education and occupation, the more likely they are to understand and obey traffic rules, which in turn increases driving safety.
