dc.description.abstractBayam merah (Amaranthus tricolor L) merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang bersifat multiguna dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melngeltahuli pelngarulh pelmbelrian Kompos Kullit Kopi telrhadap pelrtulmbulhan dan produlksi tanaman bayam melrah (Amaranthuls tricolor L.), ulntulk melngeltahuli pelngarulh pelmbelrian Pulpulk Organik Cair (POC) Kullit Nanas telrhadap pelrtulmbulhan dan produlksi tanaman bayam melrah (Amaranthus tricolor L.), ulntulk melngeltahuli kombinasi pada pelmbelrian Kompos Kullit Kopi dan Pulpulk Organik Cair (POC) Kullit Nanas telrhadap pelrtulmbulhan dan produlksi tanaman bayam melrah (Amaranthuls tricolor L.). Pelnellitian ini melnggulnakan Rancangan Acak Kellompok (RAK) Faktorial yang telrdiri dari 2 (dula) faktor pelrlakulan yaitul, pelngarulh pelngaplikasian kompos kulli kopi yang telrdiri dari 4 taraf dan pulpulk organik cair (POC) kullit nanas telrdiri dari 4 taraf delngan 16 kombinasi dan 2 ullangan. Kesimpulan pemberian kompos kulit kopi dan POC kulit nanas mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bayam merah. Red spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L) is a horticultural commodity that is multipurpose and has the potential to be developed in Indonesia. The research aims to determine the influence of cultivating Coffee Cellulite Compost on the growth and production of red spinach plants (Amaranthuls tricolor L.). L.), ulntulk know the combination of growing Coffee Husk Compost and Liquid Organic Pulp (POC) Pineapple Husk for the growth and production of red spinach plants (Amaranthuls tricolor L.). This research implemented a Factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) which consisted of 2 (two) treatment factors, namely, the influence of the application of coffee pulp compost which consisted of 4 stages and liquid organic pulp (POC) of pineapple peel consisting of 4 stages with 16 combinations and 2 repetitions. . Conclusion: Providing coffee peel compost and pineapple peel POC affects the growth and production of red spinach plants.en_US
