Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat pada tumbuhan Arbei Hutan (Rubus rosifolius) pada buah dan daun yang dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Pengembangan Politeknik Teknologi Kimia Industri (PTKI). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Ekstraksi yang dimana untuk mengetahui metabolit sekundernya serta dengan melihat kadar total senyawa turunan pada buah dan daun Arbei Hutan (Rubus rosifolius). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada hasil ekstraksi dan uji metabolit sekunder dilakukan untuk mengindentifikasi golongan yang meliputi pada buah terdapat senyawa Flavonoid, Terpenoid, Tanin, dan Alkoloid sedangkan pada daun terdapat senyawa flavonoid, Steroid dan Tanin. Pada penelitan ekstrak yang dianalisa GC-MS yaitu ekstrak Buah dan Daun Arbei Hutan. Adapun beberapa senyawa turunan mtabolit sekunder yang terdeteksi pada instrumestasi GC-MS pada Daun Arbei Hutan yaitu 4-Penten-2-ol, AlkoholMethyl Alcohol,Ethanol,Undecanoic acid, hydroxy-, 1,9-Octadecenoic acid (Z)-, methyl ester,n-Hexadecanoic acid,Oxacyclododecan-2-one,Sedangkan senyawa yang berhasil terdeteksi pada Buah ekstrak Arbei Hutan yaitu Methyl Alcohol,Pentadecanoic acid,n-Hexadecanoic acid,9-Tetradecen-1-ol, (E),1-Tridecene. This research aims to determine the secondary metabolite compounds found in Forest Strawberries (Rubus rosifolius) in fruit and leaves which was carried out at the Industrial Chemical Technology Polytechnic Development Laboratory (PTKI). The method used in this research is the extraction method, which is used to determine secondary metabolites and by looking at the total levels of derivative compounds in the fruit and leaves of Forest Strawberry (Rubus rosifolius). The results of the research showed that the extraction results and secondary metabolite tests were carried out to identify groups which included flavonoids, terpenoids, tannins and alkoloids in the fruit, while the leaves contained flavonoids, steroids and tannins. In the research, the extracts analyzed by GC-MS were extracts of Forest Strawberry Fruit and Leaves. There are several secondary metabolite derivative compounds detected in the GC-MS instrument on Forest Strawberry Leaves, namely 4-Penten-2-ol, AlcoholMethyl Alcohol, Ethanol, Undecanoic acid, hydroxy-, 1,9-Octadecenoic acid (Z)-, methyl ester , n-Hexadecanoic acid, Oxacyclododecan-2-one, while the compound that was successfully detected in Forest Strawberries extract was Methyl Alcohol, Pentadecanoic acid, n-Hexadecanoic acid, 9-Tetradecen-1-ol, (E), 1-Tridecene. |
