Abstract: | Kinerja Birokrasi dalam Pelayanan Publik seringkali menjadi perhatian dalam pelaksanaannya. Di lapangan seringkali ditemui pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan atau dinilai kurang baik. Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan kinerja birokrasi dalam pelayanan korban bencana alam pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa Dinas Sosial Kab. Langkat memiliki pelayanan yang belum memuaskan. Sistem yang berjalan selama ini akan lebih efisien dan lebih baik lagi bila dilakukan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan. Pelayanan Dinas Sosial Kab. Langkat sebagian besar terkendala oleh waktu. Pengetahuan pegawainya, memberikan arahan, dan juga pengambilan keputusan kurang mampu dilaksanakan dengan baik. Masih terdapat kelemahan dalam kemampuan Dinas Sosial Kab. Langkat melayani masyarakat seperti susahnya untuk dihubungi, dijumpai dan dimintai pelayanan menjadi poin yang harus diperbaiki oleh Dinas Sosial Kab. Langkat. Untuk menyempurnakan dan meningkatkan kinerja birokrasi dalam pelayanan korban bencana alam pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Langkat, peneliti menyarankan Pelayanan dapat dievaluasi secara berkelanjutan, terkait pelayanan komunikasi yang menjadi kendala bagi masyarakat bisa diadakan perbaikan pada masingmasing unit layanan, sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu menghabiskan waktu untuk melakukan proses yang cukup panjang dalam pengurusan pelayanan yang dibutuhkan. Bureaucratic performance in public services is often a concern in its implementation. In the field, we often find services that are unsatisfactory or considered to be not good. This research will describe the performance of the bureaucracy in providing services to victims of natural disasters at the Langkat Regency Social Service. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the District Social Service. Langkat has unsatisfactory service. The system that has been running so far will be more efficient and better if continuous improvements are made. District Social Services Services. Langkat is largely constrained by time. The employees' knowledge, providing direction, and also making decisions are less able to be implemented properly. There are still weaknesses in the capabilities of the District Social Service. The difficulty of serving the community, such as the difficulty of being contacted, found and asked for services, is a point that must be improved by the District Social Service. Step up. To perfect and improve bureaucratic performance in providing services to victims of natural disasters at the Langkat Regency Social Service, researchers suggest that services can be evaluated on an ongoing basis, regarding communication services that are an obstacle for the community, improvements can be made to each service unit, so that the community does not need to spend time doing it. quite a long process in arranging the required services. |
