dc.description.abstract | Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah rancangan desain yang memiliki fungsi sebagai taman sains dan teknologi di Sumatera Utara dengan menggunakan pendekatan arsitek Giancarlo Mazzanti dalam perancangannya. Pembangunan Science and TechnoPark (STP) ini merupakan salah satu prioritas RPJMN (Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah) yang bertujuan untuk membangun 100 STP di Indonesia, termasuk Sumatera Utara. Perancangan ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu berdasarkan realita sosial dan fakta yang ada di lapangan serta dengan proses analisis terhadap karya-karya arsitek Giancarlo Mazzanti dan Science and TechnoPark yang ada di indonesia dan di dunia. Arsitek Giancarlo Mazzanti merupakan seorang arsitek yang mengimplementasikan prinsip arsitektur berkelanjutan di dalam karyanya, sehingga perancangan ini dibuat berdasarkan penerapan arsitektur berkelanjutan yang diterapkan oleh arsitek Giancarlo Mazzanti. Melalui analisis tersebut, hasil dari perancangan ini berupa konsep desain yang menunjukkan penerapan prinsip arsitek Giancarlo Mazzanti pada Science and Technopark di Sumatera Utara. Kesimpulan dari perancangan ini adalah bahwa Science and Technopark di Sumatera Utara dengan prinsip arsitek Giancarlo Mazzanti diharapkan mampu menjadi pendorong pembangunan ruang publik yang berkelanjutan, yang tidak hanya berorientasi terhadap kebutuhan penggunanya, tetapi aspek lingkungan juga menjadi prioritas. This design aims to create a design that has a function as a science and technopark in North Sumatra by using Giancarlo Mazzanti's architectural approach in its design. The development of Science and TechnoPark (STP) is one of the priorities of RPJMN (Medium Term Development Plan) which aims to build 100 STPs in Indonesia, including North Sumatra. This design is made using a qualitative method that is based on social reality and facts in the field as well as with the process of analyzing the works of architect Giancarlo Mazzanti and the Science and TechnoPark in Indonesia and in the world. Architect Giancarlo Mazzanti is an architect who implements the principles of sustainable architecture in his work, so this design is made based on the application of sustainable architecture applied by architect Giancarlo Mazzanti. Through this analysis, the result of this design is a design concept that shows the application of Giancarlo Mazzanti's architectural principles in the design of Science and Technopark in North Sumatra. The conclusion of this design is that the Science and Technopark in North Sumatra with Giancarlo Mazzanti's architectural principles is expected to be able to encourage the development of sustainable public space development, which is not only oriented towards the needs of its users, but environmental aspects are also a priority. | en_US |
