Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui “Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Studi Kasus Apotek Joe Farma Medan)”. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah jenis penelitian penelitian Asosiatif. Populasi adalah konsumen Apotek Joe Farma Medan yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui, maka dari itu untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dari populasi yang tidak diektahui jumlahnya maka menggunakan rumus lameshow dengan sampel yang dihasilkan 100 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Konsumen Apotek Joe Farma Medan. Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Hal ini menjelaskan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Konsumen Apotek Joe Farma Medan. This research aims to determine "The Influence of Service Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction (Survey on Consumers of Joe Farma Medan Pharmacy)". The type of research that will be used is associative research. The population is consumers of the Joe Farma Medan Pharmacy whose number is unknown, therefore, to determine the number of samples from a population whose number is unknown, the lameshow formula is used with a sample of 100 people. The analytical tools used are multiple regression, correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t test), the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This explains that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction among Students at the Joe Farma Medan Pharmacy Consumers. Price has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This explains that price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction among custumer at the Joe Farma Medan Pharmacy Consumers. |
