Hubungan Resiliensi dan Self Esteem dengan Subjective Well-Being

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan resiliensi dengan subjective well-beingpada remaja dan hubungan self esteem dengan subjective well-beingpada remaja serta hubungan self esteem dan resiliensi dengan subjective well-beingpada remaja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 142 remaja dan sampel penelitian ini 142 responden, penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan metode total Sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang di gunakan yaitu skala resiliensi, skala self esteem dan skala subjective well-being. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel resiliensi dengan subjective well- beingmempunyai nilai linearity F = 72,32 dan koefisien R sebesar 0.977 dengan p = 0,000< 0.05 koefisien determinan (R2) dari hubungan antara Resiliensi dengan subjective well-beingsebesar 0,851 yang berarti 85,1 % dari variabel subjective well-beingdapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Resiliensi. 2) Terdapat hubungan antara Self Esteem terhadap subjective well-being. Maka diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0,722 dan signifikansi p = 0,000. koefisien determinan (R2) dari hubungan antara Self Esteem dengan subjective well-beingsebesar 0,513 yang berarti 51,3 % dari variabel subjective well-beingdapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Self Esteem. 3) Terdapat hubungan antara Resiliensi dan Self Esteem dengan subjective well-being. Maka diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0,977 dan signifikansi p = 0,000. koefisien determinan (R2) dari pengaruh Resiliensi dan Self Esteem terhadap subjective well-beingsebesar 0,861 yang berarti 86,1 % dari variabel subjective well-beingdapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Resiliensi dan Self Esteem. This study aims to determine the effect of resilience on subjective well-beingin adolescents and the effect of self esteem on subjective well-being in adolescents as well as the effect of self esteem and resilience on subjective well-being in adolescents. The population in this study amounted to 142 adolescents and the sample of this study was 142 respondents, determining the sample using the total Sampling method. The data collection tools used are the resilience scale, self esteem scale and subjective well-being scale. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple regression analysis. The results showed 1) There is a significant influence between the resilience variable and subjective well-being has a linearity value of F = 72.32 and a coefficient R of 0.977 with p = 0.000 <0.05 the coefficient of determination (R2) of the relationship between Resilience and subjective well-being of 0.851 which means 85.1% of the subjective well-being variable can be explained by the Resilience variable. 2) There is an influence between Self Esteem on subjective well-being. The coefficient of determination (R2) of the relationship between Self Esteem and subjective well-being is 0.513, which means 51.3% of the subjective well-being variable can be explained by the Self Esteem variable. 3) There is an influence between Resilience and Self Esteem with subjective well-being. The coefficient of determination (R2) of the effect of Resilience and Self Esteem on subjective well-being is 0.861, which means 86.1% of the subjective well-being variable can be explained by the Resilience and Self Esteem variables.
