Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support (POS) dan budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Perkebunan Milano (PKS) Pinang Awan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 147 karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Milano (PKS) Pinang Awan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, dimana keseluruhan populasi adalah sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan 40 karyawan sebagai try-out dan 107 karyawan sebagai responden penelitian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan alat ukur yang terdiri dari skala perceived organizational support (POS), skala budaya organisasi dan skala organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Ketiga skala tersebut disusun berdasarkan skala likert dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan uji regresi berganda yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 21.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh positif perceived organizational support (POS) dan budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Pada Karyawan PT. Perkebunan Milano (PKS) Pinang Awan yang dilihat dari koefisien determinasi (R Square) = 0,233 atau 23,3% dengan F hitung 15,758 > nilai F tabel 3,08 dan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,005) (2) Ada pengaruh perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Perkebunan Milano (PKS) Pinang Awan yang berkontribusi sebesar 9,9% dengan T hitung 2,494 > T tabel 1,659 dan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,014 (p<0,05) (3) Ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Perkebunan Milano (PKS) Pinang Awan dengan kontribusi yang berkontribusi sebesar 13,4% dengan T hitung 3,114 > T tabel 1,659 dan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 (p<0,05). This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in PT. Perkebunan. Milano (PKS) Pinang Awan. The population in this study were 147 employees in PT. Perkebunan Milano (PKS) Pinang Awan. Sampling in this study used total sampling techniques, where the entire population is sampled. In this study, researchers used 40 employees as try-outs and 107 employees as research respondents. The type of research used is quantitative research, the measurement tools consisting of the perceived organizational support (POS) scale, organizational culture scale and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale. The three scales are arranged based on the Likert scale with data analysis techniques using multiple regression tests processed using SPSS 21.0. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a positive effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in PT. Perkebunan Milano (PKS) Pinang Awan as seen from the coefficient of determination (R Square) = 0.233 or 23.3% with F count 15.758 > F value table 3.08 and with significance value 0.000 (p<0.005) (2) There is a positive effect of perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in PT. Perkebunan Milano (PKS) Pinang Awan which contributed 9.9% with a T count of 2.494 > T table 1.660 and with a significance value of 0.014 (p < 0.05) (3) There is a positif effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employees of PT. Perkebunan Milano (PKS) Pinang Awan with a contribution that contributed 13.4% with a T count of 3.114 > T table 1.660 and with a significance value of 0.002 (p<0.05).
