dc.description.abstract | Resiliensi Akademik siswa saat ini khususnya di Jayapura banyak yang bermasalah dalam melaksanakan layanan pembelajaran. Resiliensi akademik siswa tentu dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan self esteem dengan resiliensi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 169 orang siswa pada SMK Negeri 8 TIK Jayapura. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan skala penelitian yang dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan resiliensi akademik. Dari hasil analisis statistik ditemukan koefisien korelasi rx1y adalah sebesar 5,128 dengan p < 0.05, ini berarti bahwa tinggi rendahnya dukungan keluarga yang dilimiliki siswa akan dapat meningkatkan atau menurunkan resiliensi akademik siswa. (2) ada hubungan antara self esteem dengan resiliensi akademik siswa. Dari hasil analisis statistik ditemukan bahwa koefisien korelasi rx2y adalah sebesar 0,620 dengan p < 0.05, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa banyak tidaknya self esteem yang diterima siswa akan dapat meningkatkan atau menurunkan resiliensi akademik siswa. (3) ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan self esteem dengan resiliensi akademik siswa. Dari hasil analisis statistik ditemukan bahwa koefisien F reg = 13.829 dengan p < 0.05, dan koefisienkorelasi R = 0.593 dengan p < 0.05 dan t tabel = 1.97. Dengan demikian dapatdisimpulkan bahwa dukungan keluarga dan self esteem secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi akademik siswa (Hipotesis diterima). Academic Resilience: Many students currently, especially in Jayapura, have problems implementing learning services. Student academic resilience is certainly influenced by many factors. This research aims to analyze and determine the correlation between family support and self-esteem and students' academic resilience. This research is included in causal associative quantitative research. The sample for this research was 169 students at SMK Negeri 8 ICT Jayapura. Research data was collected using a research scale that was declared valid and reliable. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that (1) there is a correlation between family support and academic resilience. From the results of statistical analysis, it was found that the rx1y correlation coefficient was 5.128 with p < 0.05, this means that the level of family support that students have will be able to increase or decrease student academic resilience. (2) there is a correlation between self-esteem and students' academic resilience. From the results of statistical analysis, it was found that the correlation coefficient rx2y was 0.620 with p < 0.05, thus it can be concluded that whether or not a lot of self-esteem received by students will increase or decrease students' academic resilience. (3) there is a correlation between family support and self-esteem with students' academic resilience. From the results of statistical analysis it was found that the F reg coefficient = 13.829 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.593 with p < 0.05 and t table = 1.97.
