dc.description.abstractPenundaan dalam penyelesaian tugas akhir banyak terjadi dikalangan mahasiswa, mahasiswa menganggap pengerjaan tugas akhir bisa dilakukan dihari lain.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh smartphone addiction terhadap prokrastinasi akademik melalui mediator self-regulated learning. Penelitian ini menggunkaan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data melalui skala prokrastinasi akademik, smartphone addiction, serta self-regulated learning. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 304 mahasiswa, diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Sampling (SEM) menggunakan Amos Versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif smartphone addiction terhadap prokrastinasi akademik, (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif smartphone addiction terhadap self-regulated learning, (3) terdapat pengaruh negatif self-regulated learning terhadap prokrastinasi akademik, dan (4) terdapat pengaruh smartphone addiction terhadap prokrastinasi akademik melalaui mediator self-regulated learning. Delays in completing final assignments are common among university students, as they often believe that these tasks can be postponed to another day. This research aims to determine the influence of smartphone addiction on academic procrastination through the mediator of self-regulated learning. This study employs a quantitative approach, with data collection methods including scales for academic procrastination, smartphone addiction, and self-regulated learning. The respondents of this study consisted of 304 university students, obtained through purposive sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with Amos Version 26. The results of the study indicate that (1) there is a positive influence of smartphone addiction on academic procrastination, (2) there is a negative influence of smartphone addiction on self-regulated learning, (3) there is a negative influence of self-regulated learning on academic procrastination, and (4) there is an influence of smartphone addiction on academic procrastination through the mediator of self-regulated learning.en_US
