Abstract: Hotel merupakan salah satu sarana akomodasi bagi para wisatawan-wisatawan untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya, baik yang berorientasi bisnis maupun yang orientasinya hanya rekreasi saja. Analisa struktur dilakukan berdasarkan pada Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung (SNI 1726:2019) dan Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 2847:2013) dengan menggunakan program struktur SAP2000 ( Structural Analiysis Program 2000 ) untuk mengetahui periode getar struktur dan gaya-gaya dalam yang bekerja pada struktur. Analisis Perencanaan Struktur dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis struktur konstruksi pada elemen kolom dan balok, mengetahui dimensi dan penulangan pada elemen kolom dan balok, serta mengetahui gaya gaya dalam struktur. Simpangan antar lantai Struktur Δx lebih kecil dari simpangan antar lantai izin ( Δx =˂ Δa) dan simpangan antar lantai Struktur Δy lebih kecil dari simpangan antar lantai izin ( Δy =˂ Δa). Perhitungan gaya geser dasar seismik Vx 516 .497 kN ≈ gaya geser statik (Analisa SAP2000) Vx = 516.74 kN dan perhitungan gaya geser dasar seismik Vy = 516 .497 kN ≈ gaya geser statik (Analisa SAP2000) Vy = 516.74 kN. Dimensi balok, lebar 250 mm dan tinggi 400 mm dengan tulangan utama tumpuan atas 4 D13 -33 mm dan tulangan ekstra 3 D13 – 56 mm, lapangan 4 D13 -33 mm dan tulangan ekstra 3 D13 -56 mm, dengan tulangan geser pada tumpuan D6 -75 mm dan pada lapangan D6 -150 mm. Material beton yang digunakan mempunyai mutu K-300 / Fc 24.9 MPa 30 MPa, sedangkan mutu baja tulangan digunakan Fy- 420 MPa untuk tulangan utama dan untuk tulangan Sengkang serta plat. Hotels are a means of accommodation for tourists to meet their needs, both business-oriented and recreational-oriented only. Structural analysis was carried out based on Earthquake Resistance Planning Procedures for Building and NonBuilding Structures (SNI 1726:2019) and Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings (SNI 2847:2013) using the SAP2000 structural program (Structural Analysis Program 2000) to determine the period structure vibrations and internal forces acting on the structure. Structural Planning Analysis is carried out to determine the results of construction structure analysis on column and beam elements, determine the dimensions and reinforcement of column and beam elements, and determine the forces in the structure. Beam element dimensions, 250 mm wide and 400 mm high with reinforcement 4 D 16 - 47 mm and column dimensions, 300 mm x 400 mm wide with main reinforcement 8 D 16 and shear reinforcement ꝋ8 -150 mm. The axial force on the beam based on SAP200 analysis is 2,405 kN, and on the column element is 324,402 kN. The calculation of the seismic base shear force, Vx = 516 .497 kN and Vy = 516 .497 kN is not much different from the results of the static shear force analysis of SAP2000, Vx = 516.74 kN and Vy = 516.74 kN. The deviation between the floors of the Structure Δx is smaller than the deviation between the permitted floors ( Δx = 0.02585 < Δa = 1) and the deviation between the floors of the Structure Δy is smaller than the deviation between the permitted floors ( Δy = 0.0319 < Δa = 1). The concrete material used has a quality of K-300 / Fc 24.9 MPa 30 MPa, while the reinforcing steel quality is Fy- 420 MPa for the main reinforcement and for the stirrup reinforcement and plates.
