dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perceived organizational support dan work engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan di PT. Millenia Dharma Insani. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 95 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala organizational citizenship behavior, skala perceived organizational support, dan skala work engagement. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa (1) Ada hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan di PT. Millenia Dharma Insani (p < 0.05) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 27,84%. (2) Ada hubungan antara work engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan di PT. Millenia Dharma Insani (p < 0.05) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 31,74%. (3) Ada hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan work engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan di PT. Millenia Dharma Insani (Rsquare = 0.596 dan p < 0.05) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 59,6%. This research aims to determine the correlation of perceived organizational support and work engagement with organizational citizenship behavior in employees at PT. Millenia Dharma Insani. The subjects of this research were 95 people. This research uses quantitative methods. The measuring instruments used are the organizational citizenship behavior scale, perceived organizational support scale, and work engagement scale. The analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis. This research obtained the results that (1) There is a correlation between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior in employees at PT. Millenia Dharma Insani (p < 0.05) with an effective contribution of 27.84%. (2) There is a correlation between work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior in employees at PT. Millenia Dharma Insani (p < 0.05) with an effective contribution of 31.74%. (3) There is a correlation between perceived organizational support and work engagement with organizational citizenship behavior in employees at PT. Millenia Dharma Insani (Rsquare = 0.596 and p < 0.05) with an effective contribution of 59.6%.en_US
