Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variable bebas pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap variabel terikat work engagement melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja pada guru di Bener Meriah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif. Dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik cluster random sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 300 guru. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Smart-PLS dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Ada pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement pada guru di Bener Meriah, Ada pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di Bener Meriah, Ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap work engagement, Ada pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap work engagament melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja pada guru di Bener Meriah. This study aims to examine the influence of the independent variable on the influence of perceived organizational support on the work engagement variable through the mediation of job satisfaction among teachers in Bener Meriah. This type of research uses explanatory quantitative research. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling technique. The number of samples in this research was 300 teachers. Data analysis in this research uses Smart-PLS with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this research show that there is an influence of perceived organizational support on work engagement among teachers in Bener Meriah. There is an influence of perceived organizational support on teacher job satisfaction in Bener Meriah. There is an influence of job satisfaction on work engagement. There is an influence of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction through mediation. Job satisfaction among teachers in Bener Meriah.
