dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya komunikasi dokter dalam menangani pasien di Praktek dr. Liza dan gaya komunikasi yang efektif dalam membangun kepercayaan pasien di Praktek dr. Liza. Masalah difokuskan pada bagaimana gaya komunikasi dokter dalam membangun kepercayaan pasien di Praktek dr. Liza dan gaya komunikasi apa yang efektif dalam mebangun kepercayaan pasien di Praktek dr Liza. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya komunikasi dokter di Praktek dr. Liza secara keseluruhan menunjukkan gaya komunikasi dokter di Praktek dr. Liza menggunakan 5 indikator gaya komunikasi diantaranya gaya dominan, gaya argumentasi, gaya santai, gaya bersahabat dan gaya atentif, dengan menggunakan kelima indikator gaya komunikasi ini membantu mereka dalam menyampaikan informasi dengan tepat sehingga pasien memahami dan percaya dengan informasi yang diberikan oleh pihak Praktek dr. Liza. This research aimed to understand the doctor's communication style in handling patients at Dr. Liza's Practice and identify the most effective communication style in building patient trust. The issue focused on how the doctor's communication style builds patient trust at Dr. Liza's Practice and what communication style is effective in fostering trust. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation using a descriptive qualitative method. The results concluded that the communication style of doctors at Dr. Liza's Practice, overall, utilized five communication style indicators: dominant, argumentative, relaxed, friendly, and attentive styles. Using these five communication style indicators helped convey information accurately, enabling patients to understand and trust the information provided by Dr. Liza's Practice. | en_US |
