Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesejahteraan psikologis dan leader-member exchange terhadap work engagement pada PNS Bapas Kelas I Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 140 orang PNS Bapas Kelas I Medan. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan teknik total sampling, dimana seluruh populasi adalah sampel, yaitu berjumlah 140 orang pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan variabel kesejahteraan psikologis, leader-member exchange (lmx) dan work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Psychological Well-being Scale (Ryff, 1989), Leader-Member Exchange Multidimensional (Liden & Maslyn, 1998) dan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2004). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kesejahteraan psikologis terhadap work engagement dimana 20.2% variabel work engagement dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kesejahteraan psikologis. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan leader-member exchange terhadap work engagement dimana 13.1 % variabel work engagement dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel leader-member exchange. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kesejahteraan psikologis dan leader-member exchange terhadap work engagement, dimana 22.7% variabel work engagement dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yaitu kesejahteraan psikologis dan leader-member exchange sedangkan 77.3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of psychological well-being and leader-member exchange on work engagement in the Civil Servants of Bapas Kelas I Medan. The population in this study were 140 civil servants. Sampling in this study uses a total sampling technique, where the entire population is the sample. This study uses quantitative methods using psychological well-being, leader-member exchange (LMX) and work engagement variables. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis The result indicated that (1) There is a significant positive effect of psychological well-being on work engagement where 20.2% of the work engagement variable can be explained by the psychological well-being variable. (2) There is a significant positive effect of leader-member exchange on work engagement where 13.1% of the work engagement variable can be explained by the leader-member exchange variable. (3) There is a significant positive effect of psychological well-being and leader-member exchange on work engagement, where 22.7% of the work engagement variable can be explained by the independent variable, namely psychological well-being and leader-member exchange, while 77.3% is explained by other variables not explained in this study.
