Skrining Penyakit Hepatitis B pada Ibu Hamil Trimester I, II, dan III di Puskesmas Munte Kabupaten Karo

Abstract

Penyakit hepatitis adalah peradangan yang disebabkan oleh virus hepatitis B (VHB). Pada hati berupa peradangan sel hati. Peradangan ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya kadar enzim hati. Peningkatan yang meyebabkan adanya gangguan atau kerusakan membran hati. Penelitian ini mengkaji skrining Hepatitis B pada ibu hamil selama trimester pertama, kedua, dan ketiga di Puskesmas Munte Kabupaten Karo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang skrining Hepatitis B pada ibu hamil trimester I, II, dan III di Puskesmas Puskesmas Munte. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode rapid tes. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu hamil trimester I, II dan III yang memeriksakan kehamilannya di Puskesmas Munte Kabupaten Karo. Sampel ibu hamil yang digunakan berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, dari total 30 sampel ibu hamil tidak ada yang menderita penyakit hepatitis B. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa, penyuluhan kesehatan kehamilan bagi masyarakat di daerah Munte Kabupaten Karo sudah berjalan baik. Hepatitis is an inflammation caused by the hepatitis B virus (VHB). The type of research is descriptive quantitative with rapid test method. The research sample was pregnant women in the first, second and third trimesters who checked their pregnancy at the Munte Health Center, Karo Regency. The sample of pregnant women used amounted to 30 people. The results showed that, from a total of 30 samples of pregnant women no one suffered from hepatitis B disease. This shows that pregnancy health counseling for the community in the Munte area of Karo Regency has gone well.
