Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi dan kreativitas terhadap keberhasilan usaha Kuliner di Kota Medan . Peneltian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan bersifat asosiatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non probability sampling dan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan snowball sampling yang diukur dengan metode berbasis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Medan dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 75 responden dengan menggunakan metode slovin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner di Kota Medan sehingga H1 dapat diterima, (2) variabel kreativitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner di Kota Medan sehingga H2 dapat diterima (3) variabel inovasi, kreativitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner di Kota Medan sehingga H2 dapat diterima sehingga H3 dapat diterima. This research aims to determine the influence of innovation and creativity on the success of culinary businesses in the city of Medan. This research uses quantitative and associative methods, the sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling and the research sample uses snowball sampling which is measured using a multiple linear regression-based method using the SPSS 23 program. This research was conducted in Medan City with a research sample of 75 respondents using the Slovin method. Based on the research results, it shows that (1) the innovation variable has a significant effect on creativity on the success of culinary businesses in Medan City so that H1 can be accepted, (2) the creativity variable has a significant effect on the success of culinary businesses in Medan City so that H2 can be accepted (3) the innovation variable, creativity simultaneously has a significant effect on business success on the success of culinary businesses in Medan City so that H2 can be accepted so that H3 can be accepted.
