dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior . Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang karyawan Rumah Sakit Pertamina Pangkalan Brandan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dan pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket varibel kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan ocb yang telah valid dan reliabel. Penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji analisis berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) ada hubungan Rx1-y = 0,728 yang positif dari kepemimpinan tranformasional dengan ocb. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan p < 0.05, kontribusi kepemimpinan transformasional dalam memunculkan perilaku OCB sebesar 52,99 %. (2) ada hubungan Rx2-y = 0.772 yang positif dari kepuasan kerja dengan ocb karyawan Rumah Sakit Pertamina Pangkalan Brandan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan p > 0.05 . Konstribusi kepuasan kerja dalam memunculkan perilaku OCB sebesar 59,60 %. (3) Ada hubungan Rx1. x2-y = 0.738 yang positif dari kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan ocb karyawan Rumah Sakit Pertamina Pangkalan Brandan. Dan dari output diperoleh koefisien determinan (R2) sebesar 0.637 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0.05. This study aims to determine the relationship of transformational leadership variables and job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study were 100 employees of Pertamina Hospital in Pangkalan Brandan. This study uses a quantitative approach and sampling in this study with random sampling techniques. The instruments used were the transformational leadership variable questionnaire, job satisfaction and OCB which were valid and reliable. The study was analyzed using multiple analysis tests. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive Rx1-y = 0.728 relationship from transformational leadership to ocb. This is indicated by p < 0.05, the contribution of transformational leadership in generating OCB behavior of 52.99%. (2) there is a positive correlation between Rx2-y = 0.772 and job satisfaction with OCBC employees at Pertamina Hospital in Pangkalan Brandan. This is indicated by p < 0.05. The contribution of job satisfaction in generating OCB behavior is 59.60%. (3) There is an Rx1 connection. x2-y = 0.738 which is positive from transformational leadership, job satisfaction and employee OCB Pertamina Hospital Pangkalan Brandan. And from the output obtained the determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.637 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.en_US
