Abstract: | Self Compassion merupakan kasih sayang yang ditujukan ke dalam diri, sehubungan dengan diri kita sendiri sebagai objek perhatian dan kepedulian ketika dihadapkan dengan penderitaan. Self compassion penting bagi setiap individu sebab ketika seseorang mengalami pengalaman hidup yang buruk, individu tetap akan memperlakukan dirinya dengan hangat dan baik sehingga mereka lebih banyak mengalami emosi positif daripada emosi negatif. Selain itu bahwa self-compassion juga memberikan kekuatan psikologis seperti kebahagiaan, optimisme, positive affect, self-efficacy dan psychological well-being. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pentingnya Self_Compassion pada setiap individu dan bagaimana Self Compassion berperan penting dalam setiap masalah yang dihadapi setiap individu dalam sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literature. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan me-review sepuluh jurnal yang berkaitan dengan self compassion dengan subjek penelitian yang berbeda-beda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan menerapkan self compassion memungkinkan seseorang untuk terlibat dalam aktivitas yang membangkitkan rasa bahagia dan kesejahteraan seseorang. Penelitian membuktikan bahwa adanya hubungan antara self compassion dan kebiasaan hidup sehat. Kebiasaan hidup sehat seperti diet sehat, olahraga dan tidur yang cukup, dan manajemen stress ditemukan memiliki hubungan dengan self compassion. Self Compassion is affection directed within oneself, in relation to oneself we ourselves are the object of attention and concern when faced with suffering. Self Compassion is important for every individual because when someone experiences life experiences bad, the individual will still treat himself warmly and well so that they experience more positive emotions than negative emotions. Also added that Self-compassion also provides psychological strength such as happiness, optimism, positivity affect, self-efficacy and psychological well-being. This research aims to find out how the importance of Self_Compassion in each individual and how Self Compassion plays a role important in every problem that every individual faces in everyday life. This research using the literature study method. This research was conducted by reviewing ten journals which relates to self-compassion with different research subjects. Results research shows applying self-compassion allows a person to engage in activities that arouse a person's sense of happiness and well-being. Study proves that there is a relationship between self-compassion and healthy living habits. Healthy living habits such as a healthy diet, adequate exercise and sleep, and stress management found to have a relationship with self-compassion. |
