Abstract: | Kemajuan alat teknologi turut andil dalam mewarnai perubahan makna dan pengertian pendidikan. Proses pembelajaran dan pendidikan selalu eksis dan terus berlangsung karena itu, bisa jadi pandangan seseorang tentang makna dan dasar suatu negara, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Penerapan Prinsip Good Governance Oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara Di Sekolah Luar Biasa Muzdhalifah Kota Medan beserta hambatan penerapan prinsip good governance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, jumlah Informan penelitian sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian: (1) Penerapan prinsip-prinsip tersebut belum mampu diimplementasikan secara optimal di SLB Muzdhalifah, (2). Hambatan Penerapan Prinsip Good Governance yang Tepat Untuk Pengembangan Proses Belajar Anak Di Sekolah Luar Biasa Muzdhalifah Kota Medan. Terutama terkait dengan karakteristik siswa, telah menjadi penghalang dalam menjalankan program pendidikan dengan efektif. Advances in technological tools have contributed to changes in the meaning and understanding of education. The process of learning and education always exists and continues to take place, therefore, it could be a person's view of the meaning and basis of a country. This research aims to find out and describe the implementation of the principles of good governance by the North Sumatra Provincial Government at the Muzdhalifah Special School in Medan City along with the obstacles to implementing the principles of good governance. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the number of research informants was 10 people. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Research results: (1) The application of these principles has not been able to be implemented optimally at Muzdhalifah SLB, (2). Barriers to the Appropriate Implementation of Good Governance Principles for the Development of Children's Learning Process at the Muzdhalifah Special School, Medan City. Especially related to student characteristics, it has become a barrier in running educational programs effectively. |
