Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Konsumen Dalam Pembelian Buah Jeruk Impor Dan Buah Jeruk Lokal (Studi Kasus Pada Kota Kisaran). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakt Kota Kisaran yang berjumlah 143.235 Jiwa. Penentuan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling yang diperoleh berjumlah 150 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah adalah statistik deskriptif. uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden dalam penelitian ini mayoritas berusia 26-35 tahun sebanyak 105 (70%), berpendidikan S1 sebanyak 97 (64,7%), berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 107 (71,3%), bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta sebanyak 76 (50,7%), berpenghasilan sebesar Rp. > 3.000.000 sebanyak 138 (92%) dan mayoritas jumlah anggota keluarganya sebanyak >3 orang sebanyak 120 (80%). Faktor budaya dan factor sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian buah jeruk impor dan buah jeruk lokal. This research aims to determine the factors that influence consumer decisions in purchasing imported orange fruit and local orange fruit (case study in Kisaran City). The population in this study was the entire population of Kisaran City, totaling 143,235 people. Determining the sample using accidental sampling obtained a total of 150 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination. The research results showed that the majority of respondents in this study were aged 26-35 years, 105 (70%), had a bachelor's degree, 97 (64.7%), were female, 107 (71.3%), worked as private employees, 76 (50.7%), income of Rp. > 3,000,000 as many as 138 (92%) and the majority of family members are > 3 people as many as 120 (80%). Cultural factors and social factors have a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions in purchasing imported and local oranges. |
