dc.description.abstractKomunikasi organisasi menjadi sebuah tingkat keberhasilan suatu organisasi dalam menyampaikan kejelasan informasi yang terjalin antar bagian yang ada di dalam organisasi tersebut, sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Desa Firdaus Estate Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi di Kantor Desa Firdaus Estate Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sudah baik, dilihat dari kejelasan arus informasi yang ada di kantor desa tersebut. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa enam faktor dalam menganalisis iklim komunikasi berjalan positif. Iklim komunikasi yang harmonis mempermudah terciptanya kualitas, kuantitas, pelaksanaan tugas, dan tanggung jawab para pegawai terhadap program kerja yang berhasil dilaksanakan dan berjalan lancar. Organizational communication is a key factor in the success of an organization in delivering clear information across its divisions, resulting in good performance. This research aimed to understand how organizational communication can improve employee performance at the Firdaus Estate Village Office in Serdang Bedagai Regency. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research concluded that organizational communication at the Firdaus Estate Village Office in improving employee performance was good, as seen from the clarity of the information flow within the office. The research results also showed that the six factors in analyzing communication climate were positive. A harmonious communication climate facilitated the creation of quality, quantity, task execution, and the responsibility of employees towards the work programs, which were successfully implemented and ran smoothly.en_US
