Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Customer Experience Dan Kepercayaann Terhadap Repurchase IntentionI Pada Maxx Coffe Arya Duta Hotel Medan. Jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian pelanggan selama 4 bulan terakhir, terhitung sejak Desember 2021, Januari, Februari, Maret 2022 berjumlah sebanyak 27.128 orang pelanggan Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling incidental dengan metode slovin sebanyak 99 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Kepercayaan positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Serta customer experience dan kepercayaan secara simultan .berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. This study aims to determine the Influence of Customer Experience and Trust on Repurchase Intention at Maxx Coffee Arya Duta Hotel Medan. Associative research type. The population of customer research for the last 4 months, starting from December 2021, January, February, March 2022 amounted to 27,128 customers. Sampling using incidental sampling technique with the slovin method of 99 respondents. Data processing using SPSS 25. The results of the study show that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Trust is positive and significant on repurchase intention. And customer experience and trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.
