dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai Hubungan antara iklim kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Jadi Jaya Nabati. Tipe penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan uji komparatif. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini model likert. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara iklim kerja dengan Kepuasan kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,935, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,874. Ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja berdistribusi sebesar 87,40% terhadap Kepuasan kerja. This research aims to provide an overview of the relationship between work climate and job satisfaction of PT employees. So Jaya Nabati. This type of research uses quantitative with comparative tests. The scale used in this research is the Likert model. Based on the results of product moment correlation analysis calculations, it can be seen that there is a positive relationship between work climate and job satisfaction. This result is proven by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.935, with significant p = 0.000 < 0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2= 0.874. This shows that the work climate has a distribution of 87.40% on job satisfaction.en_US
