Karakteristik dan Kepuasan Pengunjung Agrowisata Kampung Wisata Sawah Desa Pematang Johar Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Kampung wisata sawah yang beralamat di Jl. Dusun VI, Desa Pematang Johar, Kec. Labuhan Deli, Kab. Deli Serdang merupakan salah satu kawasan wisata alam yang memiliki unsur edukasi mandiri bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung selain itu dapat menikmati keindahan alam sambil belajar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengunjung dan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengunjung agrowisata Kampung Wisata Sawah Desa Pematang Johar Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Lokasi Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Pematang Johar, Kecamatan Labuhan Deli, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari. Ada 3 metode pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan karakteristik pengunjung di Kampung Wisata Sawah Desa Pematang Johar Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang adalah dengan jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 58%, umur 19-33 tahun sebanyak 73%, pekerjaan karyawan swasta sebanyak 50%, pendidikan SMA sebanyak 65%, dan berasal dari kota Medan sebanyak 69%. Kepuasan pengunjung di Kampung Wisata Sawah Desa Pematang Johar Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang puas terhadap variabel atraksi dengan nilai interpretasi skor kepuasan sebesar 80,2%, sedangkan puas pada variabel fasilitas interpretasi skor kepuasan sebesar 74,8%, insfrastruktur interpretasi skor kepuasan sebesar 71,8%, transportasi interpretasi skor kepuasan sebesar 75,2%, dan kenyamanan interpretasi skor kepuasan sebesar 71,3%. The rice field tourist village which is located at Jl. Hamlet VI, Pematang Johar Village, Kee. Labuhan Deli, Kab. Deli Serdang is one of the natural tourism areas that has an element of self-education for tourists who visit besides that they can enjoy the beauty of nature while studying. The aim of the study was to determine the characteristics of visitors and to determine the satisfaction of visitors to agro-tourism in Sawah Tourism Village, Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency. Location The research was conducted in Rawa Badak Hamlet VI, Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regenc,y, this research was conducted in February. There are 3 methods of gathering information used in this study, namely observational interviews and documentation. The results showed that the characteristics of visitors in Sawah Tourism Village, Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency were 58% female, 73% aged 19-33 years, 50 private employee jobs 50%, high school education as many as 65%, and came from the city of Medan as many as 69%. Visitor satisfaction at Sawah Tourism Village, Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency, is satisfied with the attraction variable with an interpretation value of a satisfaction score of 80.2%, while satisfaction with the interpretation facility variable, a satisfaction score of 74.8%, infrastructure interpretation of a satisfaction score of 71 .8%, transportation interpretation satisfaction score of 75.2%, and convenience interpretation satisfaction score of 71.3%.
