Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.). Terhadap pemberian Kompos jerami padi dan Biourin sapi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan November 2022 sampai dengan Januari 2023 di lahan fakultas pertanian Universitas Medan Area. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK ) dengan faktor pertama adalah Kompos Jerami Padi terdisi atas 3 taraf yaitu tanpa perlakuan, 10 ton/ha dan 15 ton/ha. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah polong perpetak, berat basah polong, berat kering polong, berat biji perpetak, berat 100 biji, dan berat biji perhektar. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa Kompos jerami padi dan Biourin sapi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang tanah. Interaksi antara kompos jerami padi dan urin sapi terhadap hasil tanaman kacang tanah dengan dosis terbaik kompos jerami padi 15 ton/ha + 1350 l/ha. The aim of this research was to determine the response to growth and yield of peanut plants (Arachis hypogaea L.). Regarding the provision of rice straw compost and cow Biourin. The research was carried out from November 2022 to January 2023 on the land of the agriculture faculty, Medan Area University. This research used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with the first factor being Rice Straw Compost consisting of 3 levels, namely without treatment, 10 tons/ha and 15 tons/ha. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of pods per plot, wet weight of pods, dry weight of pods, weight of seeds per plot, weight of 100 seeds, and weight of seeds per hectare. The research results show that rice straw compost and cow biourine have an effect on the growth and yield of peanut plants. The interaction between rice straw compost and cow urine on peanut crop yields with the best dose of rice straw compost is 15 tonnes/ha +1350 l/ha.
