Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh plastik LDPE bekas dalam biokomposit PLA dan partikel serat pisang, (2) bagaimana karakterisktik material Plastik LDPE bekas dengan bahan statik pada biokomposit PLA dan (3) sinergitas LDPE dan serat Pisang terhadap sifat- sifat Mekanikal dan Komposit PLA. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode metode kualitatif. Alat uji yang digunakan yaitu mesin uji tarik, timbangan digital, hot press dan bahan baku yang digunakan nano serat pisang, poli asam laktat serta plastik LDPE. Hasil penelitian ini ialah kekuatan tarik spesimen bio komposit PLA dengan campuran plastik LDPE sangat berpengaruh dan meningkatkan kekuatan tariknya. Karakterisktik material bio komposit PLA dengan campuran Plastik LDPE ialah bersifat getas. Sinergitas plastik LDPE dan serat pisang pisang kekuatan tarik dari spesimen 55% (M1) mengalami kenaikkan sampai ke 65% (M2) kemudian mengalami penurunan pada 75% (M3) dan mengalami kenaikkan Kembali pada 85% (M3). The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect of used LDPE plastic in PLA biocomposites and banana fiber particles, (2) how the characteristics of used LDPE plastic material with static materials in PLA biocomposites and (3) the synergy of LDPE and Banana fiber on the mechanical and composite properties of PLA. The method used is a qualitative method method. The test equipment used are tensile testing machines, digital scales, hot presses and raw materials used nano banana fiber, poly lactic acid and LDPE plastic. The result of this study is that the tensile strength of PLA bio-composite specimens with LDPE plastic mixture is very influential and increases its tensile strength. The characteristic of PLA biocomposite material with LDPE Plastic mixture is brittle. The synergy of LDPE plastic and banana banana fiber, the tensile strength of the 55% specimen (M1) increased to 65% (M2), then decreased to 75% (M3) and increased again to 85% (M3). |
